Job summary

ABB E-mobility in Minnesota seeks a Go-to-Market and Solution Manager to drive market introduction of new charging solutions. You will own customer engagement from pre-sales to pilot deployment, ensuring deployments prove both technical and economic viability before scaling.

You will enable key integration partners, address gaps with product governance, and support internal stakeholders across Asset Operation and Embedded Charging Solution teams, delivering scalable, market-ready offerings.

Qualifications

• Advanced engineering degree required.
• Experience in the E-Mobility space.
• Multi-year sales or project execution in industrial systems incl. MV-LV distribution.
• Fluent German and English; French beneficial.
• Experience in Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide new product introductions to market through pilot projects.
• Own customer engagement processes from pre-sales to execution.
• Enable partners to sell, engineer and deliver charging infrastructure.
• Provide governance support and interface between segments and product org.
