Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Manager, Go-to-Market Excellence to translate approved strategies into exceptional guest experiences across all channels. You will own end-to-end GTM activation from planning through national launch, coordinating across brand, operations, digital, technology, and supply chain to ensure guest-centric delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, commercialization, project management, product marketing, or cross-functional business leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through launch.
• Exceptional organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience navigating ambiguity while driving alignment across multiple teams.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Commercialization Leadership: Own end to end GTM activation for business initiatives from approval through national launch.
• Guest Experience & Channel Activation: Ensure consistent execution across guest touchpoints and channels.
• Process & Program Management: Coordinate across key workstreams with integrated plans and logs.
• Launch Readiness & Continuous Improvement: Lead readiness reviews and post-mortem learnings.
