Shake Shack is seeking a Manager, Go-to-Market Excellence to translate business strategies into exceptional guest experiences across Shack, digital channels, and guest touchpoints. You will own cross-functional commercialization from initiative approval through national launch and serve as the central integrator across creative, product, technology, supply chain, and restaurant teams.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, ensure operational readiness, and lead continuous improvement of GTM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, commercialization, project management, product marketing, or cross-functional business leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through launch.
• Exceptional organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Own end to end GTM activation for business initiatives from approval through national launch.
• Translate marketing strategy into detailed execution plans across every guest touchpoint and marketing channel.
• Develop integrated launch plans that align marketing, operations, digital, technology, training, communications, supply chain, finance, and restaurant teams.
• Lead recurring commercialization meetings and executive readiness reviews.
• Identify execution risks early and proactively develop mitigation plans.
