ModMed is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our data analytics team in a fast-paced healthcare IT setting. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• Fluency in SQL, dbt, and ideally Python; strong understanding of modern data tooling.
• Experience with Databricks (on AWS preferred).
• Interest in Generative AI and data products to drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand goals and translate into scalable data solutions.
• Design and implement trusted data models (dimensional/star schemas) for self-service analytics.
• Translate raw data into clear metrics and visualizations to drive action.
• Drive adoption of the Enterprise Data Model; build and maintain scalable dbt pipelines.
• Explore GenAI/ML opportunities to enhance data products.
• Support marketing, product, finance, and sales with custom analytics solutions.
• Champion reliability, reproducibility, and automation across the data stack.
• Collaborate on enterprise dashboards and BI visualizations.
• Manage and optimize the Databricks environment.
