Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to guide customers through a structured 5-week implementation, acting as the primary process and workflow contact and coordinating materials to keep the project on track for go-live.

You will conduct live working sessions, host office hours and 1:1 meetings, troubleshoot related software/hardware, and collaborate with customers to ensure successful adoption of ServiceTitan and integrated applications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or Home Service industry knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking abilities
• Outstanding customer relationships and service mindset
• Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a process and workflow-focused point of contact for customers during a 5-week implementation program
• Prepare, update, and manage project management materials
• Keep customers on track to go-live within the agreed schedule
• Manage risks that could delay go-live
• Conduct live working sessions showcasing best practices and key features
• Host open office hours, 1:1 meetings, and group check-ins with the cohort
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to ServiceTitan and integrated apps
