Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to guide customers through a 5-week deployment, ensuring go-live on schedule and delivering hands-on sessions on best practices and core features.

The role emphasizes strong project management, customer service excellence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to ServiceTitan and integrated applications.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience (Home Service industry knowledge also acceptable).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a big plus.
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong customer relationship skills and commitment to service excellence.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a process and workflow-focused point of contact for customers during the 5-week implementation program.
• Prepare, update, and manage project management materials.
• Keep customers on track to go-live within the agreed schedule.
• Manage risks that could delay go-live.
• Conduct live working sessions demonstrating best practices and features.
• Host office hours, 1:1 and group check-ins with the cohort.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to ServiceTitan and integrated apps.
