Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating backend services.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate code generation and testing.
• Strong production experience with Go, Java or Python in distributed systems.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure, Terraform for IaC, and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship high-velocity features for heavy traffic with low latency.
• Lead rigorous code reviews and enforce maintainable Go patterns and testing.
• Manage cloud configurations across AWS and Azure using Terraform.
• Improve observability with metrics, alerts, and distributed tracing.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical sprint planning.
