Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a CNA-1 (GNA) in Maryland to provide quality resident care for individuals recently discharged from hospital or long-term care needs.

You will perform personal care, mobility support, vitals monitoring, feeding, and daily living assistance while documenting care in our software. The role emphasizes compassion, dependability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certified nursing assistant (CNA-1) in Maryland.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Mobility Support: repositioning, transfers to chairs, safe walking.
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & Hydration: assist meals and fluids.
• Living Assistance: make beds and tidy rooms.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Document: enter care data into software system.

• $3,000 FT & $1,500 PT Sign On Bonus
• Weekend Baylor: 7am-11pm Or 3pm-7am Saturday & Sunday- Work 30hrs get paid for 37.5!
• Full Time Or Part TimeOptions on 2nd or 3rd Shift!
