Complete Care Management in Maryland is hiring a CNA-1 to join our team delivering compassionate, hands-on care to residents recently discharged or in long-term care. The role supports daily living activities, mobility, nutrition, and safety while maintaining accurate records in our software system.

New grads are welcome, with FT and PT shifts including weekend options. We offer daily pay, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities in a stable facility.

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA-1 certification required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Assist mobility: repositioning, bed transfers, chair mobility, safe ambulation.
• Monitor vitals, weight and report changes in health status.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and ensure adequate fluid intake.
• Perform living assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, encourage activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support for residents.
• Enter care data into the software system to document services.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
