Job summary

Complete Care at La Plata is seeking a CNA-1 (GNA) to provide personal care, mobility support, and daily living assistance for residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

We offer FT/PT options on all shifts with a $3,000 sign-on for FT 3-11pm and $1,500 for PT 3-11pm, plus daily pay, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities. Join a supportive team that values compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA-1 certification required.
• Background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Mobility support: repositioning, bed transfers, walking safely.
• Vitals & monitoring: check vitals and report changes.
• Feeding & hydration: assist meals and fluids.
• Living assistance: make beds and tidy rooms.
• Companionship and emotional safety for residents.

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
