Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a CNA-1 (GNA) to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting, including bathing, mobility, vitals monitoring, feeding, and companionship. You will support residents who are post-hospital or in long-term care, ensuring comfort and safety in daily activities.

We offer sign-on bonuses up to $3,000 for FT 2nd shift and $1,500 for FT 1st or 3rd shift, plus shift differentials, a referral bonus, daily pay option, and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA-1 certification required.
• Background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation required.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Mobility Support: reposition, bed transfers, chair transfers, safe ambulation.
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals/weight and report health changes.
• Feeding & Hydration: assist meals and fluids.
• Living Assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, assist participation in activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Document: enter care data into software to track care given.
