Complete Care in Annapolis, MD is hiring a CNA-1 to provide essential geriatric care for residents recently discharged from hospital or needing long-term support. You will assist with bathing, mobility, meals, monitoring, and daily living activities while maintaining dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA-1 certification required.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen and reference checks.
• Comfortable working in full-time, part-time and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Mobility Support: repositioning, bed transfers and safe movement.
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals and report health changes.
• Feeding & Hydration: assist with meals and fluids.
• Living Assistance: tidy rooms and support resident activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Documentation: enter care notes into the software system.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
