Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is hiring a CNA-1 Certified Nursing Assistant in Maryland. You will provide essential personal care, mobility support, and monitoring for residents, with on-site shifts including 3-11pm.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and a $1,500 for part-time are offered, plus weekday/weekend differentials and daily pay options. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be certified to work in Maryland as CNA-1 (GNA).
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting).
• Support mobility (repositioning, transfers, walking).
• Monitor vitals and report changes.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Assist with bedside care and activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document care in the software system.

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
