Job summary

Complete Care Management is hiring a CNA-1 Certified Nursing Assistant (GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant) in Maryland. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care.

Earn $21.00 per hour and up, with additional $2/hour on weekdays and $3/hour on weekends for 2nd shift. Sign-on bonuses available: $3,000 for FT and $1,500 for PT. Full-time and part-time options on all shifts.

Qualifications

• Certified to work within the State of Maryland as a CNA-1 (GNA/Geriatric Nursing Assistant).
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Kind, compassionate, dependable and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Mobility support: repositioning, transfers, safe ambulation.
• Vitals & monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & hydration: assist with meals and fluids.
• Living assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, participate in activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Document: enter care information into the software system.
