Job summary

Kite Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Oceanside, CA to support Materials Management for production. You will receive shipments, dispense GMP materials, maintain inventory, perform cycle counts, and process ERP transactions in a fast-paced team.

Forklift certification is required; you will help with Kanban replenishment, shipping finished goods, and training compliance. Compensation ranges $55,930 to $72,380 with benefits, bonus eligibility, and stock-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Able to perform routine transactions using Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• 0+ years of relevant experience, HS Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform and participate in the Materials Management operations and activities to support Production operations.
• Manage the day-to-day assignments of warehouse tasks and monitor completion of activities.
• Receive incoming shipments of non-GMP/GMP materials and equipment following procedures.
• Dispense and kit GMP materials to support production operations.
• Prepare and deliver raw materials, samples, supplies to departments ensuring proper procedure.
• Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Perform accurate ERP transactions.
• Monitor Kanban area to ensure optimum replenishment of materials.
• Cross-train in all areas of warehouse operations.
• Pick, pack, and ship finished product, materials, and equipment per policies.
• Ensure individual employee training is up to date.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Forklift certified. Additional duties as assigned.
