Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a detail-focused Material Handler to join our warehouse and logistics team in Wisconsin. You will manage shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and warehouse operations while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include handling bills of lading, COAs/COCs, and using inventory systems to prepare customer orders. Proficiency with ERP, SAP, and forklift operation is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse/shipping/logistics.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, GMP knowledge.
• Experience operating sit‑down/stand‑up forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, invoices).
• Review shipment docs (COAs, COCs) and record logistics data.
• Maintain shipping and inventory records.
• Process shipments using UPS and FedEx systems.
• Prepare customer orders using inventory management systems.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
• Support receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
• Ensure FIFO and expiration-date controls.
• Coordinate transfers between facilities.
• Drive company vehicles within Wisconsin as required.
