Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to join its warehouse and logistics team in Wisconsin. You will support shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and warehouse operations while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include preparing shipping docs, reviewing COAs, recording logistics data, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Prior GMP-related experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse/shipping/logistics experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (GMP) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, invoices).
• Review shipment docs including COAs and COCs.
• Record weights, freight charges, discrepancies, damages, logistics data.
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
• Process shipments using UPS and FedEx systems.
• Prepare customer orders using inventory systems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Support receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
• Ensure inventory rotation using FIFO and expiration controls.
• Schedule transfers between facilities and drive company vehicles as needed.
