Job summary

Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials and finished products, coordinating shipments and maintaining inventory in SAP. This role supports GMP-compliant operations in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse.

You will load/unload trucks, perform cycle counts, ensure accurate labels and documentation, and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining audit-ready records and alignment

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma/regulated warehousing environments.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance is preferred.
• Experience with SAP/S4 or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and handles raw materials and finished products.
• Prepares shipments according to GMP standards.
• Coordinates shipping, receiving, storage and processing of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory and transactions in SAP.
• Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment.
