Job summary

Bionova Scientific LLC in Fremont, CA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure efficient material handling in a GMP-regulated warehouse. You will support receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.

The role requires performing cycle counts, operating forklift and pallet jack, and maintaining accurate documentation while collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse/material handling environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Data entry, math and computer skills with ERP experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook
• Ability to be flexible with work hours

Responsibilities

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Protocols
• Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
• Labeling every product and storing in determined locations
• Processing material requests and work orders
• Performing cycle counts
• Packaging and processing outbound shipments
• Delivery of material using van and truck
• Operation of material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack
• Maintaining accurate records with proper documentation
• Communication with internal departments to research and resolve issues/discrepancies
