Bionova Scientific LLC, a GMP-regulated warehouse environment, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to handle receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control, and shipping of materials. You will ensure accuracy and compliance while following SOPs and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in warehouse roles, a valid driver’s license, ERP and Excel proficiency, and the ability to work flexible hours in Fremont, CA. forklift experience a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse/material handling environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry, math and computer skills with ERP experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to be flexible with work hours.

Mansioni

• Weigh, label, and store incoming materials in GMP-regulated warehouse.
• Verify quantities and quality of deliveries.
• Process material requests and work orders.
• Perform cycle counts and manage inventory.
• Pack and ship outbound shipments.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
