Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with relevant experience
• Experience in materials management, warehouse operations, or logistics
• Experience with cycle count programs and inventory audits
• Warehouse operations leadership experience
• Safety and quality focus essential

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving and shipping of materials
• Coordinate team workload to maintain operational efficiency and schedule adherence
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and cycle count variances
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support production and materials planning needs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within materials management processes
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of departmental work orders
