Bionova Scientific LLC in Fremont, CA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure efficient and compliant handling of materials within a GMP-regulated warehouse. You will support receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with ERP systems and common MS Office tools, and flexibility in schedule to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse/material handling environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry, math and computer skills with ERP experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to be flexible with work hours.

Responsabilités

• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Label products and store in designated locations.
• Process material requests and work orders.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Package and ship outbound shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Maintain accurate records with proper documentation.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues.
