Job summary

Mentor Technical Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams in GMP environments, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of client projects.

You will schedule work, monitor performance, provide coaching, organize materials, interpret specifications and blueprints, and maintain accurate documentation while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field with 7–12 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or related field; 5–10 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environment and supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on priority and resources.
• Monitor work areas and inspect tools and equipment for safety and compliance.
• Review employee performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Requisition materials, tools, and parts for ongoing operations.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to layout references for workers.
• Train workers in safety, repair, maintenance techniques and procedures.
• Ensure documentation meets client and regulatory requirements.
