Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks a Facilities Supervisor to support manufacturing operations on day shift. You will supervise, plan and schedule maintenance with subcontractors, ensure GMP and customer SOP compliance, and develop plans for coordinators and technicians.

You will monitor activities, perform risk analyses, manage change controls, verify invoices and participate in Process Team meetings to discuss status and deliverables. Strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related fields preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in GMP/EHS regulated environment and leadership.
• Experience supervising maintenance and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and schedule maintenance with subcontractors.
• Support planning and scheduling activities for technicians and contractors.
• Develop job plans and perform risk/hazard analyses for actions.
• Manage change controls and ensure GMP/EHS compliance in work orders.
• Verify invoices against PO descriptions and track service receipts.
