Job summary

Mentor Technical Group in the United States is seeking an experienced engineering supervisor to oversee GMP‑regulated manufacturing activities. You will plan schedules, monitor safety, review performance and mentor staff to meet client requirements.

The role requires a strong engineering or science background, 5–12 years of related experience, and the ability to work 12‑hour shifts. MTG offers opportunities to lead critical projects for pharma, biotech, and medical device clients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, electronics, mechanic, or refrigeration with 7–12 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field; 5–10 years of related experience preferred.
• GMP-regulated manufacturing environment experience and supervisory role.
• Available to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority and staff.
• Monitor safety and enforce procedures and rules.
• Coach employees to correct job-skill deficiencies and improve performance.
• Ensure documentation and client’s equipment operation records are accurate and complete.
• Provide technical support to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop customer relations and new business opportunities.
