Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks a GMP Cleaning and Sanitation Group Leader to support the Supervisor in ensuring daily cleaning activities meet client standards, SOPs and cGMP requirements. Lead the team, monitor supplies, train staff and coordinate with the client.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or equivalent with 4+ years in cleaning/sanitation in a manufacturing/pharma setting, strong leadership, and familiarity with GDP and GMP practices; ability to work shifts and wear PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with related cleaning/sanitation experience in pharma/manufacturing.
• Experience in GMP controlled environments and GDP is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning and sanitation team to meet GMP standards.
• Maintain cleaning logs and perform inspections per SOPs.
• Monitor supplies, inventories, and ordering of sanitation products.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance are followed.
• Coordinate with supervisor and client on cleaning activities.
