Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks a seasoned supervisor/engineer to oversee GMP-regulated manufacturing activities, interpret specifications, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will supervise shifts, coordinate maintenance, mentor staff, manage documentation, and drive process improvements for client projects. A strong background in engineering and hands-on leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, electronics, mechanic, or refrigeration with 7–12 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field with 5–10 years of related experience.
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule work activities with minimal supervision.
• Monitor safety and enforce procedures.
• Review performance and provide coaching.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and repairs as needed.
• Ensure documentation meets client and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and project status updates.
