Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning, Education, or HR or related field.
• 3+ years in learning solutions across modalities; cGMP lab experience a plus.
• 3 years managing Learning departments including design, delivery and LMS administration.
• Familiar with Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model, ADDIE and SAM.
• Two to Four years of LMS experience.
• Technical writing experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and the ability to learn various software packages.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Understanding/familiarity with relevant FDA, EMA, ICH, USP and EP guidelines and regulations for biologic/cell therapies.
• Onsite work per scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Site Management to define learning objectives and assign appropriate training content.
• Evaluate learning initiatives through metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain training records according to GMP and client policies.
• Ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
• Optimize training processes for efficiency.
• Support client and regulatory audits.
• Manage vendors that provide training materials or conduct training.
• Manage the LMS used for training.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Model employee-focused leadership emphasizing compliance and cross-department collaboration.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
