Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of training/documentation experience in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical GMP facility.
• Familiar with LMS/DMS systems (MasterControl is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support LMS training documentation and qualification forms to ensure right first-time approval.
• Generate and provide LMS metrics and reports to leadership.
• Maintain training records and assign courses and job codes in the LMS.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation with training assignments.
• Lead training-related meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop curricula.
• Adhere to GMP, GDP, and SOPs and participate in continuous process improvements.
