Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to design and deliver comprehensive training programs ensuring cGMP compliance and employee growth. You will collaborate with operational leaders across departments to develop curricula for New Hire Orientation, OJT, and leadership development.

The role requires expertise in instructional design, LMS administration, and strong communication to support regulatory adherence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory training requirements.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training records.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage training programs including New Hire Orientation, OJT, and cGMP training with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop plans, materials, and assessments addressing role-specific requirements.
• Deliver training across classroom, virtual, and hands-on formats using educational technology to enhance engagement.
• Administer LMS, dashboards, and QMS, track completions, manage certifications, and maintain training records and metrics.
• Audit training plans and records to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
