Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Manager of GMP Training for our biopharma manufacturing site in Hopewell, NJ. You will lead the site-wide GMP training program, develop curricula, and drive continuous improvement to ensure compliance and inspection readiness.

You will oversee eLearning implementation (ComplianceWire), collaborate cross-functionally, and support regulatory inspections with a focus on GMP and FDA expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Quality, Education, or related field; 5+ years GMP training management.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and knowledge of GMP and FDA expectations.
• On-site role at Hopewell, NJ leading site-wide GMP training program.
