Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience implementing and maintaining an effective quality system.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assuring the currency and adequacy of training records.
• Review and update training records and SOPs for GMP compliance.
• Maintain records and run reports in the training tracking system.
• Train personnel on SOPs, equipment procedures, documentation practices and GMP.
• Facilitate onboarding, system access, and safety training.
• Ensure employees are current in required training and properly documented.
• Maintain and support area trainers for training needs.
• Assist area management in developing training materials and assessments.
• Support the quality system and contribute to process improvements.
