Job summary

RayzeBio in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day operation, maintenance, and upkeep of building systems at the radiopharmaceutical manufacturing site. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or Associate's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience; 1–2 years in lead/supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 3–5 Facilities Technicians daily.
• Plan and prioritize preventive/corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, chilled water, and related systems.
• Coordinate contractors for calibration, TAB, HEPA certification, and small improvements.
• Ensure GMP/EHS compliance and safety; support inspections and Quality, Engineering teams.
