Job summary

Inteldot is seeking a Project Coordinator for its pharmaceutical capital projects in Puerto Rico. The role supports project teams in a regulated manufacturing environment, handling documentation, meetings, procurement, and contractor coordination onsite.

You will collaborate with engineering and management while ensuring GMP compliance and safe, timely project delivery. A technical diploma or degree and at least one year in project coordination in regulated industries are preferred; bilingual

Qualifications

• Requires a technical diploma/degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of project coordination experience in regulated industries.
• Experience with capital projects in pharma/biotech preferred.
• Familiarity with document control, procurement processes, and construction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and coordination support to project management and engineering teams.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, track actions, and maintain follow-up logs.
• Support document control activities: versioning, filing, retrieval of project docs.
• Coordinate site logistics: contractor access, escorts, and work coordination.
