Job summary

Inteldot is seeking a Project Coordinator for our client in Puerto Rico. The role supports capital project teams in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, handling administrative tasks, documentation, meetings, and procurement coordination onsite.

Candidates should have a technical diploma or degree and at least one year of project coordination experience in regulated industries; bilingual Spanish and English is required, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of project coordination experience in a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with documentation, procurement processes, and construction coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to project management and engineering teams.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, track actions, and maintain follow-up logs.
• Support document control activities, ensuring proper versioning, filing, and retrieval of project documentation.
• Coordinate site logistics, including contractor access, escorts, and work coordination activities.
• Assist in preparation of procurement packages, RFIs, and submittal reviews.
• Support project reporting activities, including updates on actions, deliverables, and schedule status.
• Facilitate communication between contractors, vendors, and internal project stakeholders.
• Support compliance with GMP and site safety procedures during project execution activities.
• Assist project teams with general coordination tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.
