Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Myerstown, PA seeks an Associate Technician to operate, set up and maintain automated packaging equipment in a GMP environment. You will handle machine changes, troubleshoot issues, perform quality checks and document production activities in SAP/MES.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and meet production targets while maintaining safety and 5S standards. Immediate start date offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• GMP/SOP manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Basic computer, math and English communication skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and maintain automated packaging equipment.
• Perform changeovers, troubleshooting and quality checks.
• Maintain production documentation (SAP/MES).
• Assist with material handling and workflow improvements.
• Uphold safety, quality and 5S standards; collaborate across teams.
