Belcan Corporation in Myerstown, PA is hiring for a Warehouse/Logistics Associate. You will stage, transport, and stock materials to support production, while maintaining accurate inventory and executing SAP transactions.

The role requires adherence to GMP/SOP, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Warehouse, Production, and Quality teams, keep work areas clean, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in GMP/SOP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Stage, transport, and stock materials using forklifts and hand trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform SAP transactions.
• Support production by supplying and returning materials as needed.
• Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality standards.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, transfers, and material tracking.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Quality teams.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist with equipment and area cleaning.
• Support continuous improvement, training, and team initiatives.
