Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Myerstown, PA is seeking an Associate Technician to operate, set up, and maintain automated packaging equipment in a GMP manufacturing environment. You will perform machine operation, changeovers, troubleshooting, quality checks, and production documentation to support safety and 5S standards.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, GMP/SOP manufacturing experience, basic computer and English skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience in a GMP/SOP environment preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Basic computer, math, and English communication skills required.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and maintain automated packaging equipment in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and meet production targets.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production documentation (SAP/MES).
• Ensure safety, quality and 5S standards are upheld.
