Job summary

Kelly is seeking a 1st Shift – Associate Technician at a premier pharmaceutical manufacturer in Myerstown, PA. The role offers hands-on exposure to high-speed bottling and packaging lines and requires following cGMP, SOPs, and safety procedures.

You will help operate, set up, clean, and troubleshoot packaging equipment, while maintaining production documentation and supporting a collaborative team. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, solid math

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, manuals, and work instructions.
• Solid math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, metric system).
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed bottling lines and perform changeovers to different products as part of a line team.
• Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot packaging equipment (bottle in-feed, unscrambler, filler, capper, torquer, labeler, vision/weighing/bar coding systems, sealers).
• Comply with workplace standards and safety procedures (including cGMPs, OSHA, SOPs).
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Inspect products and packaging components, identify non-conformities, and initiate corrective actions.
• Pal let izing finished and unfinished products, operating material handling equipment.
• Complete and maintain production documentation (electronic and paper).
• Support and motivate team members, sharing knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
• Meet production schedules and review work outputs for quality.
