Job summary

E.A. Sween in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a reliable production teammate for high‑speed packaging. You will rotate through box maker and racker roles, follow GMPs, safety protocols, and quality standards to ensure accurate labeling and product integrity.

The role requires reading, writing and communicating in English, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and willingness to work overtime or Saturdays when needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in high-speed packaging or assembly line work.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays.
• Willing to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP to uphold food safety and product integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE in designated areas.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Rotate through all production positions every 30 minutes.
• Box Maker: place labels, prepare boxes, check labels for price and date codes.
• Racker: load trays, ensure date codes are accurate, complete paperwork.
