Job summary

Aerotek in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Production Machine Operator for 1st or 2nd shift. This contract-to-hire role runs Monday through Thursday, with 6:00 am–4:30 pm or 4:20 pm–2:50 am shifts, offering $21.15–$23.40 per hour in a GMP environment supporting cartoners, labelers, wrappers, pouching and related equipment.

You will operate and maintain equipment, assist with end-of-line packaging, document batch records, follow SOPs and 5S standards, and help with setup, weight checks, and safe,

Qualifications

• GMP environment experience required.
• Read and interpret batch records and SOPs.
• Able to operate one or two production machines.
• Maintain 5S workplace and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain one or two production machines.
• Assist with end-of-line packaging and palletizing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs.
• Document production output, downtime, and batch records accurately.
• Set up and teardown equipment as needed.
• Verify weights to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with team on safety and productivity.
