Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining safe work practices, following schedules, communicating with the team, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Experience on an assembly line and ability to lift 50 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with good attention to detail.
• Must maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally during long shifts.
• Willing to work overtime as needed to meet demand.
• Previous assembly line experience preferred.
• Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP to uphold food safety and product integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively across diverse backgrounds.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in Lean initiatives to improve processes.
• Read schedules or queries to determine daily supply needs.
