Job summary

Manus is seeking a Packaging Operator to safely operate packaging equipment in a GMP-regulated food manufacturing environment. You will monitor process temperatures, maintain data integrity, and ensure product quality while following established SOPs and safety standards.

Key tasks include operating a Bepex Flash Dryer, managing conveyors and pasteurizers, and packaging into 10 kg boxes. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to meet production goals and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced production environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly within a team and follow written procedures.
• Experience with GMP requirements, food safety standards, and batch documentation is preferred.
• Capable of lifting and moving materials and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate packaging equipment and meet process parameters.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor GMP-regulated packaging equipment.
• Maintain process temperatures and parameters within specifications.
• Manage baghouses and ensure proper airflow and dust control.
• Keep wet cake feed hopper levels aligned with production needs.
• Package finished product into 10 kg boxes with accuracy.
• Complete and review batch records in compliance with GMP.
