Manus, a leader in bio-based manufacturing, is hiring a Packaging Operator to safely operate packaging equipment in a GMP food production setting. You will monitor processes, maintain documentation, and ensure product quality while upholding safety standards.

Key tasks include operating dryer, baghouses, conveyors, and pasteurizers; packaging into 10 kg boxes; completing batch records; and supporting continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• GMP requirements, food safety standards, and documentation practices preferred.
• Ability to complete and review production records and batch documentation.
• Ability to lift and move materials/products as required.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor Bepex Flash Dryer and maintain process temps 112–120°C.
• Operate baghouses to maintain airflow and dust control.
• Maintain wet cake feed hopper levels to sustain flow.
• Safely operate screw conveyors, pasteurizers, and cooling systems.
• Package finished product into 10 kg boxes with accuracy.
• Complete and review batch records complying with GMP.
• Identify deviations and communicate issues to supervision promptly.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and support continuous improvement.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
