Job summary

E.A. Sween in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented production team member for full-time, on-site work. You will support bread production, adhere to GMP and safety protocols, and help ensure on-time delivery with overtime as needed.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, steadfast attendance, and ability to learn new tasks. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with a Monday-Thursday, 5am–4:30pm schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Teamwork mindset and effective communication with others.
• Reliable attendance record.
• Ability to perform assigned rotation.
• Lift up to 50 lbs continuously during long shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet customer demands.
• Experience with handheld devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP and uphold food safety and product integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Complete tasks assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
• Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Supply production with buns/bread per schedule and track usage.
• Read work orders/recipes to determine daily supplies.
