GMP Manager at SBM Management Services, LP will coordinate and direct operations to fulfill contractual responsibilities between SBM and clients, including planning, budgeting, vendor and customer relations, and high-level supervision.

The role requires managing service schedules, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving improvements across facilities. Shift is Mon-Fri 10:00 am–7:00 pm with some weekend work as needed.

Qualificações

• Requires an A.A. degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; forklift certification may be needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for program compliance, i.e., safety, quality, and service.
• Audit and maintain inventories supply and equipment.
• Investigate and promote improved equipment and methods.
• Review customer requests for service to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and address with manager.
• Implement organization policies and goals.
• Facilitate budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made.
• Inspect plant and evaluate use of space and facilities.
• Assist with plans, budgets, and schedule modifications including cost estimates bid sheets and contracts.
• Participate in the development of long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements.
• Assist with coordination of program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents.
• Collect data for preparing estimates, labor hours, expenses, and other metrics.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
• Direct supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs.
• Act as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Maintain contract and contractor status databases.
• Review correspondence concerning contractors and responds as appropriate.
• Establish and maintain contact with contractors to ensure the smooth working of the contract process.
• Conduct and attend meetings to communicate top down, and bottom up on a consistent real time basis, with customers, clients, and employees.
• Assist with human resource concerns and issues.
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. Some travel may be required for this position.
