Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Framingham, MA, is seeking a GMP Manager to coordinate operations, budgeting, and client liaison to fulfill contractual obligations. You will oversee schedules, supervise service personnel, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the facility.

We value strong leadership, budget acumen, and hands-on problem solving, with a Tuesday–Saturday evening shift. Salary ranges from $72,000 to $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree required with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is a plus.
• May be forklift certified or able to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspect establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Audit and maintain inventories, supply and equipment.
• Review customer requests for service and address with manager.
• Facilitate budget requests and identify cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Direct supervisory management and coordinate with contractors.
