Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Lead to oversee activities within the GMP program, supervising company and temporary staff and ensuring safe work practices. The role emphasizes training, inspections, and record-keeping to support compliant operations.

The position requires coordinating tasks, maintaining logbooks, and reporting to supervisors. Compensation is $21.00 per hour with a Wednesday–Saturday shift from 6:00pm to 4:30am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years high-tech experience or training or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform of employees within the program assigned.
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities.
• Provide reports, such as pass down.
• Perform service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Issue equipment and supplies.
• Monitor of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
• Report to supervisor immediately.
• Report accidents and to the supervisor immediately.
• Provide recommendations action on areas that improvement.
• Maintain records, training, inspections, data collection.
• Logbook compliance-accurate completion.
• Task completion as required by site’s SOPs.
