Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Audit and maintain inventories of supply and equipment.
• Investigate and promote improved equipment and methods.
• Review customer service requests to determine cause and type of malfunction.
