Job summary

SBM is seeking a GMP Manager to coordinate and direct operations between SBM and customers, covering planning, supervision, budgeting, and vendor relations. The role focuses on safety, quality, and service while maintaining contract and contractor status databases.

Responsibilities include creating work schedules, supervising routes, and ensuring regulatory compliance (FLSA, OSHA, ADA). Travel to sites may be required, with a likely Monday–Friday shift and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• AA degree required with 2+ years of related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and routes.
• Inspect establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audit and maintain inventories, supply and equipment.
• Review customer service requests for cause and remedy.
• Assist with budgets, plans, and schedule modifications including costs.
